| Our standard balers are engineered with SolidWorks stress analyze design software and are constructed of structural steel. As a result, our balers have the highest operating pressures in the industry and come with a 10 year structural warranty. We use heavy duty cylinders with specially designed 4- way directional valves to ensure smooth cylinder shifting. We also include platen safety guides to keep the platen from cocking when the chamber is unevenly loaded and a motor coupling system which helps to eliminate premature motor and or pump failure. Our standard balers are capable of baling a wide variety of recyclables including, but not limited to, paper, cardboard, textiles, plastics and aluminum. All of our balers are proudly manufactured in the USA and come with an industry leading 2 year parts and labor warranty. |  |
